A Peek Into The Process
DESIGN CONSULTATIONOur first meeting (whether by phone or video) is a chance for us to get to know you as a couple and hear about your vision for the day. How did you two meet? What made you choose your venue? What inspires you in life? This meeting is a time to share your inspiration imagery, color palette, fabric samples and anything else that’s influencing your design for the day. We’ll walk through your day from start to finish and imagine what it will feel like for you two, your family and your guests, and how we can use flowers within the space to enhance your vision.
PROPOSALOur proposal is the visual culmination of our initial design meeting. It guides you through the day with emotive examples of your floral spaces - personal, ceremony and reception flowers, installation ideas and any relevant venue sketches. As we work together, the design is refined and the florals are tailored to perfectly compliment all aspects of your day - such as wedding party attire, linen choice and place settings - that may not have been decided on at the time of our first conversation.
VENUE WALK THROUGHWe feel that it’s so important to visit your venue and walk through the space to get a true sense of the flow of your wedding prior to your day. We recommend a site visit coordinated with your planner so we can walk through the space together and sort out logistics of the day. This visit also gives us a chance to imagine any installations in the space, take accurate measurements and build mechanics accordingly.
INVESTMENTEach wedding is unique and each couple’s floral emphasis is different, but flowers generally make up 10 – 15% of the overall wedding budget. Perhaps lush ceremony flowers are most important to you, or reception tables overflowing with flowers, fruits and candles. Whatever your floral needs are, we’ll guide you in making intentional decisions that fit your vision. Typically our pricing falls between $25,000 for more intimate weddings to $100,000+ for full scale events.
RENTAL COLLECTIONSAs our client, you gain full access to our collections of vessels, vases, ceremony structures, candles and more. We work with artisan ceramicists from all across the world to create custom handmade vases and candle collections, specially designed for us with our clients in mind. Other pieces have been gathered from trips abroad or sourced from high end retailers with an eye for quality design and timeless silhouettes.
